At Icon Wear Club, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 14-day risk-free return and exchange period starting from the day you receive your items.

 

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the Returns & Exchange Form available in the Support section of our website. Follow the instructions provided to submit your request. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without a completed form and authorization.

Important: Do not send items back to any address shown on your package or elsewhere unless explicitly instructed. We will provide you with a specific return address and, if applicable, a prepaid return label via our customer support system.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be returned within 14 calendar days from receipt.

  • Products must be in brand-new condition — unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Accessories, documentation, and original packaging must be included; missing any of these may result in depreciation of the refund amount.

  • Include a note with your order number inside the return package to help us identify your items quickly.

Please note:
Returns for items that show signs of use, damage, or washing (over 30ºC) will be refused or refunded partially, as this affects product quality.

Exchanges (Size or Color)

If you want to exchange an item due to size, color, or other preferences:

  • Complete the Returns & Exchange Form.

  • Indicate the details of the item you wish to exchange and the replacement you want.

  • Once approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning your original item.

  • Please note that shipping costs for exchanges may apply depending on your location.

Sale and Clearance Items

Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded, but they may be eligible for exchange or store credit at our discretion. Please contact support for more details.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Email us at info@iconwearclubstore.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.

  • Upon validation, we will cover return shipping and offer a refund or replacement as per your preference.

Shipping Returns

  • You are responsible for ensuring the package is securely and properly packed to avoid damage during return shipping.

  • Returns must be sent with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) obtained through the Returns & Exchange Form.

  • Packages returned without authorization or to incorrect addresses may be lost, and we will not be responsible for such losses.

  • Customs or import fees on returns must be prepaid; packages returned with pending charges will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
